About TWVY.
A research lab studying the worst version of a person.
The company
TWVY is the parent. Like the research companies it models itself on, it has one subject, a flagship instrument, a publications arm, and doors for practitioners and organisations. The books came first — twenty of them, written before the lab had a name for what they were studying. The lab is the name.
The characters
Two figures front the lab. The Monolith — stone, still, unimpressed: the pattern itself, older than your intentions. And the Star — the small light the Monolith carries — is the voice that asks you the questions. It does not flatter, comfort, or argue. It reflects what you said, and asks the next question.
The standard
Everything here is built to be cited: the taxonomy, the Index, the findings. A lab is worth what its publications are worth.
The Monolith and the Star — the lab's two figures. The pattern, and the light that questions it.
