The thesis.
The worst version of you is not a failure mode. It is a default mode.
Everything this lab does stands on one claim, so here it is in the open, where it can be argued with:
Under pressure, people do not improvise. The deliberate self — the one with values, plans and intentions — goes offline, and the most-practised pattern runs the person. The worst version is not an accident. It is the default.
What follows if it's true
It is predictable. A default is a habit with seniority. It can be named, which is why the taxonomy exists.
It is measurable. Ask about pressure, not about self-image, and the pattern shows itself. That is the instrument.
It is comparable. The same engine in every conversation means a default in Work can be weighed against a default in Love — and a default in Nevada against one in Nairobi. That is the Index.
It is not a life sentence. A default is only the most-practised thing. Practice is replaceable. But replacement is discipline, not research — which is why the cure lives at UNNEGOTIABLE, and the lab's only exit points there.
What the lab is not
Not a clinic, not a coach, not a content brand with a lab coat on. A research company studying one subject until the map is undeniable. In the building phase, everything here is free: the publications are claimed, not sold, and the instrument is open to anyone. Licensing, when it comes, will be announced as plainly as the counts are.
